PET Scan Results....

I met with my Oncologist today about the results of my PET scan I had on my left hip on Monday.


This is what she said:

I am pleased to announce that tonight I will NOT be drowning my sorrows, rather I will be celebrating!

If you look closely at the "no cancer" sheet in the circled area, the Radiologist found an area that lit up on my ovaries.  No worries, it was just my IUD I had put in.

She further said that they still don't know for sure what it is, but the fact that my hip didn't light up like a Christmas tree means NO CANCER!!!! 

Now THAT is the best Christmas (belated) present EVER!!

The hubs and I are SO happy for this news and now we can go into 2015 with positivity and happiness!

 May your 2015 be filled with more smiles, less tears and hopefully we follow through with our resolutions.  My resolution is to get more healthy, lose some weight, focus more on the blog (the usuals) and to actually stick with my resolution.  Because I never do.
